This project proposes the construction of a new 1300 pupil Post Primary School on the Holy Trinity College’s existing site at 9-29 Chapel Road, Cookstown.
The new-build school is to be built upon the shale pitch to the rear of the existing school. It is proposed site construction will be as follows:
•Enabling works – Site hoarding to be erected and create site compound and temporary access off Convent Road;
•Construct new school and form pedestrian access point from Convent Road;
•Decant existing premises and demolish existing school.
•Formation of car parking, bus drop-off and pedestrian boulevard. Synthetic 3G pitch to be constructed along with tennis courts, MUGA and all hard and soft landscaping completed.
